Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Shaggy Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be in original condition

  • Have original tags and packaging (if applicable)

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we’re happy to help with exchanges based on product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include the following in your message:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We will respond with instructions for completing your return.

Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • An error on our part (wrong item shipped)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Shaggy Golf is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Reach out to us for assistance
